CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To respect our stylists and their busy schedules, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. For no-call/ no-show appointments, we ask that you speak directly with your stylist before rebooking. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation-it allows us to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please reach out by phone, and we'll be happy to help.
